We have collaborated with Taiwan’s soy sauce maker DYB and renowned Canadian-Chinese designer Daniel Wong to bring you a soy sauce product that is truly worth celebrating!
city'super x DYB x DW Soy Sauce
DYB and Taiwan’s first soy sauce made using edamame as the main ingredient together with Taiwanese wheat over a period of 120 to 180 days. DYB uses edamame from contract farms in Meinong District in Kaohsiung. The beans are brown and larger than traditional soybeans, but are plump and have similar qualities as soybeans. During the brewing process, impurities are removed while preserving the beans’ essence; excess oil is also removed. With the perfect ratio of bean and wheat, the soy sauce is refreshing, light and a delight for your taste buds. Awarded three stars for the 2023 iTQi.

Taiwan Golden Pineapples are in season every year from March to August. Thanks to a great climate and a terrain with excellent drainage, Ping Tung is home to Taiwan’s largest pineapple plantation. The farmers use natural farming methods to grow Taiwan Golden Pineapples. During the harvest season, the farmers would inspect the pineapples one by one and only harvest them at the optimal time, hence it can take as many as seven days to complete the harvest. A strict selection process is carried out from harvesting to packaging, so the golden fruits have delicate and juicy flesh, a pleasant sweetness and lovely aroma. Even the pineapple core is sweet and tender!
